We work with givers to help them be good stewards of the resources God has given to them as well as help them accomplish their giving goals and do their charitable giving in the most tax efficient way primarily  through the use of a donor advised fund or Giving Fund as we call it. We serve over 1100 individuals/families in Alabama with their giving and help them explore doing their giving out of their non-cash assets to get the greatest impact. Our team of 20+ attorneys and CPA's are available to work with any giver and his or her financial team to structure gifts of non-cash assets such as closely held business interest or real estate.
