GRACE Ministries of Alabama supports and assists women victims of sexual trauma. Through personal connections and support groups, GRACE Ministries of Alabama helps individuals work through the emotional and psychological impacts of sexual abuse and find healing and hope for their future.
The nonprofit's primary program consists of survivor support groups that utilize the GRACE curriculum, a 10-week Bible study guide explicitly created for women seeking healing from sexual abuse that covers topics including identity, shame, forgiveness, spiritual battles, healing, boundaries, purity, and fulfillment.
GRACE Ministries of Alabama provides referrals to other resources, services, and nonprofit organizations for counseling, housing, forensic examination, food, legal assistance, clothing, advocacy, transportation, medical care, substance abuse treatment, crime victim compensation, and other unmet needs.
GRACE Ministries of Alabama also educates communities on the societal impact of sexual abuse and sex trafficking through educational materials, social media campaigns, speaking engagements, community events, podcasts, and newsletters.
The GRACE Ministries of Alabama team is committed to providing a safe and compassionate environment for victims to process their experiences and journey toward recovery.
