Vision: We envision a world where students are compelled to pursue their limitless potential. As we execute our mission, our hope is that students are empowered to live out their God-given purpose.

Empowered to Conquer (ETC) is a  501 (c) 3 , non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students to discover their full potential.  We’re led by a dedicated board of directors, with devoted staff and volunteers who invest in students to instill the following principles:

• Faith: We value faith in Jesus Christ, and a relationship with God as the beginning to discovering our life’s purpose.

• Education: We promote and provide education as the key to unlocking each student’s limitless potential.

• Relationships: We believe in the power of peer relationships, and we intentionally bring students together for the support and accountability that every person needs.

Since our inception in June of 2009, ETC has been grounded in a simple vision- for every student to have the skills and support they need to live an empowered life. To us, an empowered life is one where students discover their unique gifts and have access to training, guidance, and opportunities to maximize their potential.

With inequality of resources, training, and opportunity, many students can be conditioned to aspire and perform far beneath their capabilities. ETC is a platform created to break that cycle, giving our youth the tools and confidence to excel spiritually, academically, and socially.
